Who we are

This website belongs to Evans Studios, a family-run holiday studios business in Alykes, Zakynthos 290 90, Greece. You can contact us at [email protected] or on (+30) 697 798 6957.

What we collect and why

When you send an enquiry through one of our forms, we receive your name, email address, phone number (if you give it), your travel dates, the number of guests and studios, or the details of your event, and your message. We use these details only to reply to you and to arrange your stay or event. We do not sell them or use them for marketing.

The forms are delivered to our email inbox by Postmark, an email delivery service, and the message is kept in our email account.

Spam protection

Messages are checked automatically for spam. To stop repeated automated messages, a coded (hashed) form of your IP address is kept for about ten minutes. Blocked spam attempts may be logged on our web server for security.

Visitor statistics

We use Umami, a privacy-friendly statistics tool, to count visits and clicks on our buttons. Umami does not use cookies and does not identify you personally.

Cookies

Our website does not set advertising or tracking cookies.

Maps and other websites

The Google map on our pages loads only when you click “Show Map”; from then on, Google's privacy policy applies. Links to Booking.com, Tripadvisor, Google, Facebook, Instagram and WhatsApp take you to those services, which have their own privacy policies.

How long we keep your details

We keep your enquiry only for as long as we need it to answer you and manage your booking or event, and to meet our legal obligations.

Your rights

You can ask us at any time to see, correct or delete the personal details we hold about you by emailing [email protected]. You also have the right to complain to the Hellenic Data Protection Authority (www.dpa.gr).
